Overview
The Sora 30 and Skimmer bundle pairs two Beatbot robots that cover different parts of the pool. The Sora 30 cleans the pool floor, and the iSkim Ultra clears floating debris from the water surface before it sinks. Run together, they keep both the floor and the surface clean with very little hands-on work.
The Sora 30 is a cordless floor cleaner with 6,800 GPH of suction, SonicSense ultrasonic navigation, and a 5 liter basket. The iSkim Ultra is a solar-powered surface skimmer with a large 9 liter basket, dual-side brushes, and app scheduling, so it can run on the surface throughout the day. Both connect to the same Beatbot app.
This pairing works especially well for pools near trees, where leaves and pollen land on the surface daily. Catching that debris at the surface means less of it settles to the floor, so each robot has an easier job and the water stays cleaner.

Setup and Getting Started
- Charge both units: Charge the Sora 30 and the iSkim Ultra before first use. The iSkim Ultra uses a magnetic wireless charger (about five hours) and also charges from its solar panel in sunlight.
- Install the app and pair: Download the Beatbot app and add both robots, connecting over Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) or Bluetooth.
- Start the skimmer: Place the iSkim Ultra on the surface and start it, or set a recurring schedule so it runs on its own.
- Run the floor cleaner: Drop the Sora 30 into the pool and start a floor-cleaning cycle. The two robots can run at the same time.
- Empty the baskets: Empty the iSkim Ultra’s 9 liter basket with its one-touch release, and rinse the Sora 30’s basket after each cycle.
- Retrieve the units: The iSkim Ultra parks at the edge on its own or via the app. Lift the Sora 30 out after its cycle and rinse it.
