The Beatbot iSkim Ultra is a robotic pool skimmer that clears debris from the water surface before it sinks and settles on the pool floor. It runs on the surface day and night, pulling in leaves, pollen, insects, and other floating debris through dual-side brushes and collecting it in a large 9 liter basket, so your main pool cleaner and your filter system have less to handle.

It is powered for around the clock use. A 24 watt solar panel with SolarTrack keeps a 10,000 mAh battery topped up through the day, and a magnetic wireless charger provides a full charge in about five hours when needed. The unit navigates with 20 sensors, follows an efficient S-Path across the surface, and switches to DeepSense mode in infinity pools where the edges cannot be detected.

Through the Beatbot app you can steer it, set cleaning schedules, and receive voice broadcasts, and it parks itself at the edge when it is finished or low on power. It also adds ClearWater natural clarification to help keep the water clear. As a surface skimmer, it pairs well with a robotic floor cleaner for full pool coverage.

1. Charge before first use: Charge the skimmer with the magnetic wireless charger, which takes about five hours for a full charge. In sunlight, the built-in 24 watt solar panel also keeps the battery topped up.
2. Install the app and pair: Download the Beatbot app, create or sign in to an account, and connect over Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz). If your network is set to 5 GHz only, enable 2.4 GHz on your router.
3. Place it on the water: Set the skimmer on the pool surface and start a cleaning cycle. It scans the pool and follows an S-Path, or DeepSense mode in an infinity pool.
4. Set a schedule if desired: Use the app to schedule recurring cleanings so the skimmer runs on its own.
5. Empty the basket: When the 9 liter basket fills, lift the skimmer out, use the one-touch release to empty it, and rinse it.
6. Retrieve it: The skimmer parks at the edge when it finishes or runs low. Use the one-click app parking button to bring it back at any time.
